Marketing is not just done with a “for sale” sign placed in your front yard, nor solely through classified advertising and open houses anymore.  In today’s real estate environment, you will want a Los Angeles real estate agent who is well-versed in social media, listing syndication, and internet marketing.  Combine the internet savvy real estate agent with a full-time agent, and you are sure to have a winning combination.

Second, be realistic about the price of your property – and price it to sell!  Your Los Angeles real estate agent should be able to advise you on the correct listing price for your property.  Remember, that a realistic and sometimes aggressive listing price can be a key marketing tool to attract home buyers.
